Terms of Service

Last updated: 17 September 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at danaios.com and any services you purchase from us. The website and its services are operated by Braymount Global LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States, trading as Dán AI ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are and how to reach us

Braymount Global LLC
30 N Gould St, Ste N
Sheridan, WY 82801, United States
Email: hello@danaios.com

Email is our primary support channel. We respond to enquiries within two business days.

2. What we sell

We sell client acquisition and marketing services to coaches, consultants and other professional service businesses. Our services are delivered remotely unless a written agreement states otherwise, and currently include:

Messages are sent from your own LinkedIn profile and only after you approve them. You remain responsible for complying with LinkedIn's terms of use in respect of your own account. Current service descriptions and prices are published on this website. Prices are quoted in US dollars and exclude any taxes you may owe in your own jurisdiction.

3. Engagement, scope and quotes

Nothing on this website is a binding offer. An engagement begins only when both parties have agreed a written proposal, statement of work or order form ("the Agreement") setting out the scope, deliverables, timeline and fees. Where these Terms and a signed Agreement conflict, the Agreement takes precedence.

Work outside the agreed scope is not included. If you request additional work, we will quote for it separately and will not begin until you approve that quote in writing.

4. Payment

Unless your Agreement says otherwise:

5. Your responsibilities

Our work depends on your input. You agree to provide the access, information, approvals and points of contact we reasonably need, within the timeframes agreed. Delays caused by outstanding information or approvals may move the delivery date, and we will tell you when that happens rather than letting a deadline pass silently.

You are responsible for your own use of any system we build or advise on, including for ensuring that your use of it complies with the laws, regulations and contractual obligations that apply to your business.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are set out in full in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

You own your own data, content and materials, and anything we create specifically for you as a deliverable under an Agreement, once that engagement has been paid for in full.

We retain ownership of our own pre-existing materials — our methods, frameworks, templates, prompts, documentation and tooling — including any improvements we make to them in the course of your engagement. We grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use those materials to the extent they are embedded in your deliverables, for your own internal business purposes.

Neither party may use the other's trademarks or logos without permission, except that we may name you as a client and describe the work in general terms unless you ask us in writing not to.

8. Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other's confidential information confidential, use it only to perform the engagement, and protect it with at least reasonable care. This obligation continues for three years after the engagement ends. It does not apply to information that is public through no fault of the receiving party, was already known to it, or must be disclosed by law.

9. Third-party AI tools and services

Our services involve third-party platforms (including LinkedIn, email and calendar tools) and AI models that we do not own or control. We use AI tools to assist with research and first drafts; every message is reviewed by a person before it is sent to you for approval. You are responsible for your own accounts, subscriptions and licence fees with those providers, and for accepting their terms. We are not responsible for a third-party provider changing its pricing, terms, availability or model behaviour, and such changes are not grounds for a refund of work already delivered.

AI systems produce output that can be inaccurate or unsuitable. Any system we build is a tool that requires human review. You remain responsible for reviewing output before relying on it, and for any decision you make on the basis of it.

10. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee any particular business result, revenue figure, time saving or other outcome. Any figures, examples or case studies shown on this website describe past work and are not a promise of what you will achieve. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your market, your team and your own implementation.

11. Warranties and liability

We will perform our services with reasonable care and skill. Beyond that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, our services are provided "as is" and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, however caused. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement for material breach if the breach is not remedied within 14 days of written notice. On termination you remain liable for fees for all work performed and expenses committed up to the termination date. Clauses 7, 8, 10, 11 and 14 survive termination.

13. Acceptable use of this website

You may not use this website to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, to introduce malicious code, to scrape it at a scale that degrades it for others, or to attempt unauthorised access to any part of it or its infrastructure.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction, and both parties submit to that jurisdiction. Before starting proceedings, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute by discussion for at least 30 days.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version published on this page on the date you place an order is the version that applies to that order. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.

16. General

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign an Agreement without our written consent. These Terms, together with any signed Agreement and the policies linked from them, are the entire agreement between us.
